Dr. Matthew Giessman has been a practicing chiropractor for four years in the Bay Area, working as an associate in our Brentwood clinic as well as operating our Pleasanton location. He was exposed to chiropractic care at an early age, being the son of Dr. Giessman, and it has been vital part of his regular health care routine throughout his life. Dr. Matt was inspired by his father to pursue a similar career path in health care, and committed to studying chiropractic after his undergraduate studies in kinesiology highlighted many shortcomings in our modern health care system. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at San Diego State University, and his chiropractic doctorate at Life Chiropractic College West, graduating with the honor of Summa Cum Laude. In his free time, he loves hiking, endurance running, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
